Where's my Ice Cream?

I had this sudden craving to have one and went in search of that mobile cycle shop thats near my office every day and he was not there today! :(

I have been crazy about sandwiches, of late!

There's a shop near my office that makes divine sandwiches! And the varieties he has - WOW!

The regular one is for Rs. 10/- and has a thin layer of butter, then mint chutney, then tomatoes, then cucumber and then another slice of bread. And on the top, he garnishes it with very thin & very tasty sev and then finely sliced raw onions.

Yummmm!!!!

He has other items too - pav bhaji, alu toast and all that. but his best item is tawa toast! Its almost like a mini pizza and costs 30 rs but way better value for money than a pizza!

What he does though is pretty heartbreaking for someone on a diet :D He first fries two slices of bread in butter, and when done, he puts a layer of the veggies on each slice of the bread and after that, he puts a slice of cheese between the two slices. So by the time we eat it at work, the cheese starts to melt and is just right for eating! and as in the normal sandwich, he again garnishes it with lots of sev and onions. And the taste is just divine!!

Writing this makes me want to eat it now! :-|
