I, personally, am neutral on the topic of homosexuality, but calling it a 'criminal offence', I think, is taking it a bit too far.
Chances are that a pro-homosexual law may open chances for abuse of it, but still, there are genuine cases too - you can't just go out & call it criminal and give the guys a life time imprisonment!!

And homos I feel though its weird still people do it.. and the current sec.377 in IPC is brutal, stupid and ridiculous.Its a choice that people make and unless it doesnt hurt anyone why bother.. due to this 377 homos r not coming out in open and makes the problem of addressing aids a tougher thing. Guess anbumani is against this 377..as its a hurdle to healthcare for one particular section due to their sexual orientation..pretty discrimanatory.

Read this somewher ..The English who introduced section 377 in 1860,in India, outlawed it in England over 40 years ago in 1967!!.. we are still following the old masters :)
